Both manufactured by different brands, Michelin and Continental respectively, these tyres have been designed to be used for different purposes. Whilst Michelin CITY J is better for city activities, Continental CONTACT Cruiser is a great choice if your needs are more aligned to Urban/Tour activities.

For our E-Bike tire we fall back on over 100 years‘ experience with moped and motorcycle tires. All of our city/trekking tires are rated to a standard speed of at least 25 km/h. Those tires marked e50 are also certified for S-Pedelecs. With their high quality structure, puncture protection is high and the rolling resistance is low offering protection from premature wear brought about by the additional driving force.
SafetySystem Breaker
Puncture protection with a system
The SafetySystem Breaker is made up of Kevlarreinforced, high-strength nylon fabric. Puncture and cut-resistant but nevertheless light and flexible, the tire adjusts quickly to the surface below. Without raising the weight or rolling resistance noticeably, it protects the carcass against foreign objects and contributes to a longer lifespan of the tire. Tires with the SafetySystem Breaker also provide good comfort properties.
